What counts as a document?
Anything you'd put in the filing cabinet: operating agreements, K‑1s, tax returns, distribution notices, bank statements, formation certificates. One PDF is one document, whatever its length.
Is there a document limit?
For a limited time, paid plans have no monthly document limit. Your 30-day free trial includes 100 documents; upload more anytime and anything past 100 is saved and processed as soon as your subscription starts.
What happens when my trial ends?
Unless you cancel first, your subscription starts automatically at the end of the 30 days on the plan you chose at signup. Cancel anytime during the trial from your account and you won't be charged — your records are kept safe for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted per our Terms, and you can request an export before then.
Can I cancel?

Is my data safe?
Encryption in transit and at rest, per-organization isolation, MFA, and audit logging — and your documents are never used to train AI models. The full picture is on our Security page.
